General Information

Semi-formal attire is recommended, but please don’t stress about it - we’re not picky! Just aim for something a little nicer than everyday wear. Dresses, button-down shirts, slacks, and nice tops are all great choices. The only things we ask you to avoid are jeans and Hawaiian shirts (we love them… just maybe not for this occasion!). 😊

Please arrive about 15-30 minutes before the ceremony start time at 4:30pm.
Be sure to allow extra time for parking.

The venue features both indoor and outdoor spaces, with large panel doors that open to create a seamless flow between the two. The ceremony will be protected from direct sun, so sunscreen won’t be necessary. Cocktail hour, however, will primarily take place outdoors if the weather cooperates.

No, we do not have a hotel block reserved. Guests are welcome to stay wherever they prefer. We do recommend booking accommodations sooner rather than later, as Estes Park is a popular summer destination and lodging tends to fill up quickly.
-
The closest major airport to Estes Park is Denver International Airport (DEN). From there, Estes Park is about a 1.5–2 hour drive depending on traffic. Rental cars are readily available at the airport and are the most convenient way to reach the area.
While rideshare services may be able to get you to Estes Park, they can be difficult to find for the trip back to the airport, so we recommend not relying on rideshare and instead planning to rent a car.

Unfortunately, transportation will not be provided. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft can be limited and unreliable in Estes Park, so we recommend planning your own transportation to and from the venue. If you plan on consuming alcohol, we strongly encourage booking a hotel at or within walking distance of the venue, or arranging a designated driver ahead of time.

Yes! Parking is available for all guests. The upper lot, which is closest to the venue, is small and may fill up quickly. Once it’s full, guests can use the lower lot. A golf cart will be available to transport guests from the lower lot to the venue, or you are welcome to enjoy a short walk up.

If a plus-one has been reserved for you, the RSVP platform will give you the option to add a guest. If you don’t see that option, then we’re unable to accommodate an additional guest. We appreciate your understanding!
-
Only the guests whose names appear on the invitation are invited. We kindly ask that all others, including little ones, sit this celebration out. Thank you for understanding!
-
Please indicate any dietary restrictions in the designated box during the RSVP process. If you accidentally missed it, feel free to reach out to Hayley or Daniel directly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
-
If your plans change after RSVPing “yes,” please reach out to Hayley or Daniel as soon as possible. We completely understand that life happens, and the sooner we know, the better we can plan. Thank you!

Late July in Estes Park is usually pleasant, with daytime highs in the low 70s °F and cooler evenings in the upper 40s–low 50s °F. There’s also a chance of brief afternoon showers, so a light jacket or umbrella can be handy. As always, Colorado weather can be unpredictable, so we can never fully know exactly what to expect!
